"I would like to feedback on 1) Booking system. It’s important for frequent travelers to be able to easily modify a reservation, at least allowing changes up to a few hours in advance. Having to make an international call to amend is not feasible 2) drivers should provide car model and registration when picking up at busy locations (ie no meet and greet). 3) Pick up locations need to be specific so the passenger knows where to go to meet the car 4) messaging between the driver and passenger within the app would provide more peace of mind than having to give personal phone WhatsApp / SMS"
